According to reports, it is believed that the iPhone 15 Pro Max will come with a dual punch hole design, and it will also be less bulky. Additionally, it will use titanium rather than stainless steel.
Titanium is more durable and light than stainless steel. So it’s likely to make the new iPhones feel a bit lighter and easy to carry. Additionally, the phone is expected to feature USB-C for faster charging.
Gesture Controls
There’s a myriad of ways to interact with your iPhone. Apple has a selection of gestures that are pre-built, and there are third-party apps available that which you can download that provide an additional level of features.
For example, you can utilize a two-finger swipe in order to increase the size of your screen, or pull your hands together to zoom out. Additionally, you can access notifications by dragging down from the top of the display, and you can switch between a landscape or portrait perspective by swiping two fingers between the two sides of the camera notch.
Additionally, in addition to multi-finger gestures, new iPhones offer Reachability and other options that let you operate your iPhone with just one hand. To create a custom gesture, simply tap AssistiveTouch and customize your settings by tapping Custom. As the blue dots appear on the screen, you can touch and drag them in order to make your own custom swipe or grab gesture. Then, you can name your gesture and perform it in the future.
Screen Size
There are two models: the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max Both feature 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch display respectively. However, they appear to are the same as the next iPhone 15 series. An CAD rendering by 9to5Mac based on specifications sent to manufacturers of cases shows four iPhone 15 models with the similar display sizes. These include the two 6.1-inch models and two 6.7-inch variants.
It doesn’t mean that it’s a guarantee that the iPhone 15 Pro won’t get any upgrades. According to tipter ShrimpApplePro and fellow tipster OreXda that the latest iPhone 15 Pro will still have the Dynamic Island, an always-on feature, it will also have a True Tone display, a 2048 x 3096 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and the ability to display HDR content.
Furthermore, the Pro-exclusive top design is likely to open possible a dual-punch style that will accommodate notifications, data from in-app, and more. However, these aren’t the only new features coming to the iPhone 15. The rumor is that the basic iPhone 15 phones will finally get high-refresh-rate LTPO displays. Something that is available on mid-range Android competitors already have.
Body Materials
For years the Pro models of the Apple iPhone range have been covered with stainless steel which gives them strength but is also heavier. Apple plans to change this with titanium next year which is lighter and stronger.
This should make it possible for the iPhone 15 Pro Max feel much more comfortable in the hand and also likely to be less vulnerable to getting fingerprint marks. It’s unclear why Apple is making this change, but they have a long history of pushing boundaries with their product design and it would be surprising when they stayed with the same stainless steel frame as the traditional iPhone 14 series.
Twitter leaker ShrimpApplePro has an excellent history and has claimed that the new iPhone 15 Pro and ip 15 pro max are going to have an ultra-premium titanium body. The titanium body will be noticeably lighter than their stainless steel or aluminium rivals. Designers using CAD have revealed the phones to be slimmer bezels around their displays too.
Battery
If you’ve owned an iPhone for the past few years, it’s likely that you’ve noticed its battery life is a somewhat unsatisfactory. It’s one of the main reasons when considering an upgrade, especially since rival phones with bigger batteries are being made available.
According to a new report, Apple will offer its forthcoming iPhone 15 and Pro series phones with significantly bigger batteries. The Chinese publication IT Home cites an anonymous Foxconn source, and claims that the iPhone 15 and Pro models are expected to have 18 percent larger units.
The bigger battery should be supported by higher performance of the chip, which can assist in reducing the power use. The TSMC-manufactured A17 Bionic chip is based on a 3nm technology, which will provide a boost of 35 percent over the previous 4nm silicon that is used in the A16 chip.
There are other rumors that suggest the iPhone 15 receiving USB-C along with Thunderbolt 3. This will allow for faster data transfer as well as reduce the time between charges.
