State Governor, Engr. Segun Oni has assured all interested parties in
the forthcoming local government elections in the
State of adequate security, saying the polls will be conducted in the most
peaceful atmosphere.
The Head of the Methodist Church
of Nigeria, Prelate Olu Makinde has commended
Ekiti State Governor, Engr. Segun Oni for overhauling the entire face of
infrastructure in the State.
Ekiti State Governor, Engr. Segun Oni has urged
contractors handling various public buildings projects in the State to increase
their pace, adding that the March, 2009 deadline for the completion of the projects
must be met.
In readiness for the successful
take-off of the Fountain Dairy Farm, Ikun-Ekiti, Moba Local Government Area of
Ekiti State, equipment worth over N80 million bought by the state Government
has arrived the country while 700 cows are expected to arrive by the end of
this month.
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairmanship
candidate for Ekiti West Local Government Area of
Ekiti State, Engr. Gbenga Ogunleye has commended the State Governor, Engr.
Segun Oni for introducing the School Feeding Programme.
