Governor Segun Oni of Ekiti State has signed 690 Certificates of Occupancy since he assumed office, a figure that is comparatively higher than what previous administrations issued since the creation of the State in 1996.

A group of South Korean investors who are on an exploratory visit to Ekiti State has indicated interest in investing in the areas of solar technology and low cost housing in the State.
Ekiti State Governor, Engr. Segun Oni has hailed an indigene of thetate, Pastor Abiola Abe for winning the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Best Small/Medium Entrepreneur Award, adding that; “I am particularlyelighted that an Ekiti indigene has done so well in the area of equipment fabrication to deserve recognition by the CBN.”

Ekiti State Government has approved the release of a sum of N74 million as 30 percent equity contribution for the purchase of 40 units of Toyota Hiace bus to be leased to commercial drivers in the State.
Ekiti State Governor, Engr Segun Oni has pledged that his administration would support the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti to realise its objective of becoming a degree awarding institution.
